1. Orders & Quotes
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability or confirm your order. Orders are confirmed only once availability is verified and a deposit is received, per our Refund Policy.

2. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed with a deposit. Final pricing depends on design complexity, size, and event details.

3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and/or Shopify. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for deposits and final balances.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our [Refund Policy](link to your refund policy page).

5. Allergens
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee any product is completely free of allergens, even if a specific ingredient is omitted. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions order at their own risk and are responsible for informing us of any concerns in advance.

6. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Once a product is delivered or picked up, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transport by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including photos, designs, and text — is the property of Rita's Party Creations and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rita's Party Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the amount paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
