WARM WEATHER SHIPPING:
Cold/Insulation Packages are available for purchase. I live in Virginia, we have summer months and real cold winter months.
If you live in an area where temperatures are above 75 degrees, its recommend you purchase our weather package.
We can not be responsible for packages left out in the sun/heat or transfer to a location with high temperatures.
HANDLING:
We include in all our package care instructions
Cakesicles & Uncovered Rice Krispies Treats should be refrigerated until event day
Keep treats away from sunlight (directly)
Please do not freeze any treats
SHIPPING
We will make and ship them just prior to your party so everything is always fresh. Our items are packed with extreme care.
Treats are individually wrapped with plastic and twisty tie. We usually ship items out Monday-Wednesday to insure items are not sitting over the weekended.
Order are shipped using USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Day Service). Please be sure someone is home to except delivery, we will not be responsible for damage due to order sitting out. We always double check all our order before they are shipped. I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays especially if I shipped it out on time. Once the package leaves out hands we cannot be responsible on how USPS handle the packaging.
Priority Mail comes with up to $50 of insurance. If you go over $50 please let use know so we can adjust pricing. Rita’s Party Creations is not responsible for any late and damaged items.
